Mini Athletics is a high-energy, confidence-building program where kids run, jump, throw, and play their way into loving movement. Scientifically designed especially for children walking through 8 years of age, each class turns fundamental athletic skills into imaginative games and fun challenges that keep children engaged, smiling, and eager to participate! In a supportive, non-competitive environment led by trained, enthusiastic coaches, kids build coordination, listening skills, and self-belief while making friends and burning off energy.
