Meet the Mini Athletics Lake Norman Team

Meet Allison and Chase Bridges, the sports-obsessed former athletes behind this business. This dynamic married couple has two sport-loving children, Aubrey and Cayden, aged 13 and 11.

After witnessing the positive impact of agility training and early sports exposure on their own kids, Allison and Chase set out to make a difference in the Lake Norman community. Their mission?

To create a program that:
1) Makes it convenient for parents to get their kids involved (we come to your daycare or school!),

2) Allows children to lay the foundation for athletic skills in a super fun way that kids will love (less screen time, more active play!),

3) Does not pigeonhole kids into one sport too soon (letting them explore without feeling pressured to commit too early).

With their impressive athletic backgrounds in volleyball, track, baseball, and soccer, both Allison and Chase were captains and MVPs in their respective sports. They also enjoyed coaching basketball, baseball, and volleyball for various teams. Now, you'll find them cheering from the sidelines as their own kids play on travel/showcase sports teams. They're passionate about passing on their love for sports and making a positive impact on the community!
